I am curious about the electricity price cap and how large the amount per person will be... And whether one will also receive a "Freimenge" for heat pumps, otherwise it will probably be expensive...

Heat pump, that's the thing you just install for everyone without regard to supply situations and personnel (-:

I want to know how this is supposed to work at all!? The prices are very different throughout the entire federal territory. For heat pumps, for example, it depends more on the size of the heated living space than on the number of people. As already mentioned a few pages earlier, we have an extremely low tariff for the heat pump of 15.15 cents night tariff and 18.18 cents day tariff (consumption about 5500 kWh per year at 151 sqm living space), but also for household electricity only 23.49 cents (consumption about 3000 kWh). So the brake will probably not apply to us at all, but to be honest, we don’t need it with these fair prices anyway. But bringing the whole thing into a uniform system will certainly be exciting. In my opinion, there urgently needs to be a noticeably strong promotion of photovoltaic systems. And by promotion I don’t just mean financial incentives, but also ensuring the procurement and production of the relevant components, as well as the appropriate skilled personnel. That would be sustainable and would take some pressure off the system. Currently, purchasing is simply too expensive, even if you get the money back after a few years, or you don’t get a provider at all or have to wait an eternity. Billions would be well invested here. The more photovoltaics are installed on the roofs of private owner-users, the more energy is available to industry and the lower the demand on the electricity market, resulting in cheaper prices for everyone. Only in this way can the much-proclaimed energy transition really work.
