Very likely non-profit. In the event of a sale, the proceeds would definitely not be allowed to be distributed to the members... and in case of dissolution, only a donation to another non-profit organization or to the tax office (which is also non-profit :p) would be possible.

Removing 250m3 of topsoil, excavating 120m3 of earth for the house, and laying 390t of basalt gravel + installing rainwater and wastewater pipes is supposed to cost 33,000 EUR including VAT. No earth removal is included…

Do you think this is realistic?

Sounds high to me. Is that broken down by item?
I just have no idea how much basalt gravel costs. Is it really necessary? Under my house, they simply used gravel and for the driveway RC gravel.
