Very likely non-profit. In the event of a sale, the proceeds would definitely not be allowed to be distributed to the members... and in case of dissolution, only a donation to another non-profit organization or to the tax office (which is also non-profit :p) would be possible. So the land price is irrelevant for the association—unless it wants to expand its property through another acquisition.

That's not what I'm concerned about at all. I have nothing of that, except for free accommodation in the center of Hanover, that's clear to me

Is it at least a firm connection? ;)

Absolutely not. We're called the Bible throwers :-) But probably the most dedicated Bible throwers in the Federal Republic :-) And the VERY BEST. One of the old gentlemen is a master brewer at Herrenhäuser. So there are always several kegs of Herry on the house

I just received the offer for the earthworks and was shocked at how much the costs exceed the plan.

Removing 250m3 of topsoil, excavating 120m3 of earth for the house, and laying 390t of basalt gravel + installing rainwater and wastewater pipes is supposed to cost 33,000 EUR including VAT. No earth removal is included…

Do you think this is realistic?
