Regarding fly screens or insect protection, I also have some price information to contribute. These were offered to us through our roller shutter installer:

1010x1280mm rollable €400 net (per window)
2010x1280mm rollable €450 net (per window)
2010x2280mm sliding frame for terrace door €580 net (per terrace door)

The measurements refer to the respective window size and not the final size of the fly screens, which are not specified - for whatever reason.
We will look for alternatives at some point, as spending almost €2,000 for 3 windows is a bit too much for us. Possibly we will switch to fixed elements and skip the gimmick of the rollable version, even though it is very practical.

I would like to point out that only because the transmitter of the information is (rightfully) disliked, it does not necessarily mean that the entire content must be nonsense. I also view the development with concern. Please consider that the majority of people here in the forum are higher earners who generally already have low energy costs due to new construction and could easily afford to pay even if these costs doubled. I find it quite worrying when a federal state wants to prepare warming halls for people and the extreme left and right camps demonstrate—not together but about the same issue. That does indeed accumulate considerable potential. Putting NS2 into operation would be a knee-jerk concession to Putin. That will not happen politically. Whether Putin appears as a liar does not matter to him; he is already regarded that way. Honestly, I currently cannot imagine any solution either. It probably really only works through reducing consumption.

How is the rollable aspect to be understood? How is it supposed to be "sealed" at the edges then? Is it guided in rails? Are there pictures?

There are integrated insect protection pleated blinds. These are then directly integrated into the roller shutter curtain. It's a nice thing, of course the premium solution.

Oh, so integrated. This is then about a new build – all clear.

Our house builder also had that in the program…

We retrofitted…
Unfortunately, the integrated ones apparently don’t last forever (mechanism/spring…).
