I find Kati's prices just crazy, or are they net without tax? I mean 15k for electrical work, who still does that? Insane. Most pay 25k for normal electrical work and 50k for KNX.

I don't know how high the share really is since we build turnkey, but our installment for the rough electrical work is about 20k gross. However, that is the only installment for electrical work, and we have significantly more living space.
So in our area (RLP) you can definitely get a decent electrical installation for 15k that does not resemble social housing. This includes: 90 sockets 17 roller shutter switches 18 single switches 5 two-way switches 5 double data connections 5 antenna sockets 10 room thermostats Accesspoint. 1 metering system This is actually quite sufficient for a typical single-family house.

No, these are all gross prices. As I said, it is what I would call a "reasonable standard installation". 13x venetian blind switches, 10 thermostats (not digital ones, but with a small rotary dial). The sub-distribution board with high voltage in the garage alone cost about 2k.
“The end of construction activity is also reflected in the collapse of financing: In Germany, only 12.7 billion euros in real estate loans were granted in January, the lowest since statistics began in 2003. Compared to the beginning of 2022, the volume has almost halved. Since the population grew during the same period, the Federal Republic would actually have needed more apartments.”
I am currently in the process of obtaining quotes for klinker paving. So I am amazed at what is possible. From originally €42.7 per m², I have now reached €36 per m².
