But that's normal, I would say. I used to work at the vet... it makes a huge difference whether you buy one bottle or twelve or more bottles. In equity and retail price. For example, 1 bottle equity 16€, retail price 31€
If you buy 72 bottles, the individual price is 3.80€. Accordingly, the selling price is calculated. And the customer who only buys one bottle often has to pay the recommended retail price.
The profit lies in the purchase.

I had a similar experience yesterday. KG 2000 pipe DN110 2000mm long couldn’t be found anywhere in the region in any hardware store for under 18€. Then bought it at the local building materials dealer for commercial customers for under 15€ (gross) through the parents’ company. Even providers on the well-known classifieds portal wanted around 18€ for the same pipe and they had been sitting around for some time.

by the way:
Fireplaces that were still being offered for 300€ in the hardware store in summer are now listed for 1,100€ on the portal and don’t stay online for 24 hours.

Don't even know if I ever wrote this here before. We have a small LaNordica Super Junior stove, as a "symbolic" auxiliary heater. Bought for 380, the price is currently at 910 (!) euros. For me, this is proof that a large part of inflation (partly including energy) is just due to opportunistic mentality.

It has all been known for a long time and that’s why hardly anyone seriously wants to do fracking here. Except maybe Söder, who would frack in Lower Saxony ;) Unfortunately, we are currently not in a position to make high demands on the type of gas extraction. Getting enough at all is already the challenge... and "saving in industry" sounds easy, but in practice that only works by reducing or stopping production. See roof tiles...

Right next to the nuclear waste repository, which of course also cannot be in Bavaria for geological reasons. :D

I would be in favor of teaming up with the Swiss and creating a joint final repository. They're basically building it right on the border anyway, so we can save ourselves the second tunnel 5km further. For local residents, it doesn't make any difference anyway.
