Because I prefer not to tackle the bigger fields... there is much more to gain there, but discussing with people why a pool, an air conditioner or similar nonsense can no longer be justified in times of the climate catastrophe...
We would have to open another thread for that...

Regarding the heading. Offer:

Reinforcing steel: €1750/t
Ground slab WU concrete c25/30, D=25: €64/sqm
Reinforced concrete walls 25cm c25 WU: €163/sqm
Insulation XPS 180mm WLG 36: €47/sqm

That is not disputed, but the explanation was about why one or another household is above the usual household consumption values on average. I myself have now been working from home for more than 18 years and would not want to change that ;)
