That's what we've heard as well. And our site manager also said that if he had ordered the heat pump only now, he would have to pay about twice as much.

I hope you already have windows installed and they are RC2, otherwise one day you might come to the construction site and find 2 heat pumps in the HAR...

PS:
I have to ask again, otherwise I won’t believe it. You didn’t seriously leave a heat pump worth 15,000 EUR in the open shell construction, did you?

If it's a monoblock and the unit is outside, it should count as 'permanently installed.'
Or what's the legal situation there?
Inside, you would first need underfloor heating, rough installation, and screed....

The legal situation is initially secondary. If something is stolen, it is gone at first and you only get a replacement after 8-10 months with a significant surcharge.

I might have misunderstood this, but the heat pump is supposed to be installed, which means the device is in the HAR. And I don’t think that’s a good idea in an unfinished shell that is not closed ;)

Those who want to have it will also crawl over the scaffolding and jump into the upper floor or cut open the underlay membrane, provided there are already windows installed.
But if you like the risk. Ask any craftsman what is currently being stolen, almost everyone can tell you stories you wouldn’t believe.

PS:
My electrician refused to lay a single copper cable as long as the shell is not completely closed, because only then does the insurance pay.

Do you know any details? Is the BU insolvent? The plan was probably that they would be completely sold off if the BU can still actively broker the companies. I find the offers quite attractive. They seem solid and reliable, and everything indoor can be managed with just a few specialists. They’re not ugly either…
