Most raw building materials: kg pipe, steel, insulation, Bitumen wood, etc. actually had their price increases behind them as of August. The processed products: construction chemicals, heating systems, windows, and so on are now really picking up again. So with 8%, you can almost say 'good'.

Although I am new here and usually just read, since I work in the building materials trade office, I can give you the following as a guideline: Net concrete price for end customers without CO2 surcharge, additives, possibly pipe surcharges and without pumping services in the NRW area averages 75€ depending on the quality class and grain size - extremely different depending on the region... (I have no comparison values for other regions)...

The CO2 surcharge makes it more expensive. But that's what the voters wanted…

Even there, suppliers are already announcing price increases - currently starting at roughly 1 to 2 euros net per cbm...

As long as demand remains high, the loss from one customer is offset by the next. Additionally, a GC can of course also agree on fixed prices for materials or craftsmen and thus pass on the risk. And a GC also plans in a little margin for price increases. The wave of bankruptcies will certainly take a while to come as long as demand remains high.

It also has something to do with quantity There isn’t one on this building material yet. But I understand the intention ... I read the following earlier: "We can keep 60 billion livestock, but 7 billion people are too many?!"
