I don't find the sink right next to the bench very practical. Little counter space and splashes in the seating area?

But if I go to a kitchen studio and clearly say that I already have two final negotiated comparable offers and in the end I will choose the offer that is the cheapest, and I also tell him that I am not very keen on a lengthy negotiation process with phone calls etc., the seller should then directly name his best price in order to have a chance of winning the contract, right?

Exactly, and that seems to be becoming established. In 2017, you only heard about the kitchen studio through recommendation. Now it feels like almost every kitchen from them is in our village. There is a dedicated studio in our village, one in the neighboring town, and of course the big furniture stores in the surrounding cities.

I think painted wood, but I am not sure. It is called Nobilia Chalet. Painted is stated on the website, but whether it is wood?

I have also installed Bosch dishwashers. Identical in design to Siemens and Neff. You can't trust any of these brands and certainly shouldn't pay more for them.

The device is from 2018. Six months ago, the heating pump was defective and last week a flow valve. Fortunately, I was able to repair both myself. However, this has nothing to do with reliable brand quality that would even remotely justify a higher price.

The rising construction interest rates and the explosion in building material costs are currently hitting construction projects with full force. Data from the Institute for Economic Research (Ifo) show that order cancellations in the construction industry more than doubled in August compared to the same month last year, reaching 8.8 percent. The numbers are even more dramatic in residential construction. With 11.6 percent, order cancellations in August more than quintupled compared to the same month last year.

The majority of cancellations in residential construction concern single-family houses. However, according to Ifo, multi-family houses with three or more residential units also recorded a cancellation rate of 10.7 percent in August. Condominium units in particular are becoming the industry's headache – as shown by the example of construction entrepreneur Becker. How construction of rental apartments will proceed, on the other hand, remains the big mystery in the construction industry.
