Yeah, that's called competition. Dodging is time-consuming, people take advantage of that. Just like with the lonely gas station in the Hunsrück or Black Forest.

Unfortunately, other construction sites have been delayed and as soon as he finishes one site, it will be our turn... Air heat pump (Brötje Neo 8) is already here

By the way... my husband talked for a long time yesterday with the truck driver from Creaton. He said that everything is (still) running normally with them. NО delivery delays. The problem is not the manufacturers, but the GUs, who did not have long-term fixed suppliers but always looked for the cheapest option. They are now at the back of the queue because regular customers are supplied first. Whether that is true? Our roofer ordered the tiles from his long-term business partner, who in turn ordered directly from Creaton....

It’s not that lonely here, we have 3 gas stations (2x Aral, 1x Agip) here. They just don’t feel like competing, just like the small gas stations in the surrounding towns that also gladly cash in on that.

Wow, then things will really take off for you once the shell builder starts.

The Isar Pravda reports that Habeck has been defeated within the coalition on the insulation standards for new buildings. "Habeck currently proposes in his draft law to mandate better insulation according to the so-called Effizienzhaus-55 standard starting next year. However, this rule is now to be overturned at the initiative of the FDP during the parliamentary process; the traffic light coalition factions plan to submit an amendment to the Bundestag on Thursday. According to this, the current insulation regulations from 2009 would remain in place. The draft law is scheduled to be passed on the same day according to the agenda." According to the SPD and FDP, this would prevent construction costs from rising as sharply.

It is quite possible that he can't do anything with the euros and we don't want to pay in rubles
