If I had known what quooker was 2 years ago, I would have taken it. Sure, it's expensive. But I would use it every day just like my water and ice dispenser.
You can very well build KfW 40 and KfW40+ monolithically.
I do not claim that it is not possible.
I think the costs would be around €10,000 - €15,000 for us.
... it just doesn't make sense ;-)
We had to build KFW 55 here and I had individual trades. Monolithic would have caused real additional costs of about €30K, if you forget about technology ("already there") and only think about additional costs in the shell construction and savings in the facade. Accordingly, hardly anyone does this here.
Whether you work with individual trades or a general contractor is not decisive for the surcharge. What matters more is the basis you start from. For example, if you start without ventilation, it will of course be added. But the building services engineering doesn't depend on whether you build a monolith or with [WDVS], or am I overlooking something?
