That's not arrogant at all! It is a clear and down-to-earth analysis. It is about the fact that for several months many people have been living/financing beyond their means. But this is not because of the families and couples themselves, but because of the volatile economic circumstances they suddenly face - material shortages, interest rate increases, exploding prices and properties that are not worth half a million in the bank's valuation basis as they are being asked for.
