This is also becoming apparent with us. The local "well-known" insurer wants almost €500 more per vehicle per year (Tesla Y) than a well-known pure online insurer with HU... in its name. In addition, all the recent tasks assigned have been completely botched. If this does not improve after a clarifying conversation with the boss, we will switch.Changing insurance can sometimes be immensely worthwhile. I was with an insurer with a regional office for years. However, after the claims processing was worse than with a direct insurer and letters to the company headquarters went unanswered, I canceled all my insurance there and switched. It paid off financially very well.

Now, from 2023 onwards, personal contributions or the materials are supposed to be eligible for funding again. But I can't find anything concrete about it. Does anyone know anything here?

Thanks! I had found that. But it says something about "drafts" and "should", so everything is still non-binding. Unfortunately, nowhere does it say when we can expect new binding statements. I mean, 2023 starts in 3 weeks^^.

What kind of regulation is that, honestly, I am hearing about it for the first time. I also installed the stuff myself, and such an inspection was never required.
PS: Another thing on the topic, I was whispered today that a price increase of up to 50% is expected next year for concrete. We will see if that’s true, I already thought that was quite steep. Info comes directly from the source.... concrete plant.
The background is that people try to avoid sinkholes caused by unnoticed underwashing. Especially in areas or regions with a lot of natural slopes, soil prone to being washed out, or heavily backfilled, this is a major risk. You know it from pipe breaks.

Although I am now also wondering what kind of cars and insurance you have. Mine increased from €295 to €305 for HP+TK. With a €200 increase, I would definitely look to see if something better can be found at the competition...
The €200 referred to the year and 2 cars.
Smax st-line 2020 model, VK from €400 per year to €560, next cheapest at Check and Verivox €600...
Likewise the smaller one from €280 to €320.
Cheaper rates usually don’t exist without switching to a much worse base tariff, which means harsher downgrade, etc.
I have been switching apparently every year for 20 years, but this year there was nothing available.
