It is completely irrelevant for a builder in Bavaria or Baden-Württemberg what prices a plot of land in Brandenburg or elsewhere has. The prices are what they are, and the level makes it difficult to enter land ownership. Lucky is he who can receive some building land from his ancestors. Although there is no right to land ownership, this is not a good development.

I think such a huge plot in a forest community is great, I would like to know more about it.

But basically, I find these (as the crow flies) kilometer indications here in the forum quite misleading. When I drive in the morning in Cologne to my family doctor in my old district where I used to live, I need 45-60 minutes for 20 km during rush hour through the city. The commuters on the A4 or A3 shortly before Cologne often need 20-30 minutes in the morning for the last 3-4 kilometers to the exit, despite Corona, when it is always said here in the forum that commuting is no longer a problem because EVERYONE is now working from home. So what do 50 km to Berlin tell me now? If I apply my commuting time during rush hour to the doctor, do I then need 2.5 hours for 50 km?? Or take the daily traffic jam time of the commuters on the A3/A4 and then it's 6 hours for 50 km? For me, the straight line distance is not meaningful, what counts is the actual travel time.

And the commute often depends on the infrastructure: earlier it was mentioned that the baker is on the way. Some doctors are also better located near the workplace, as you can then show up on time at 10 past instead of half past. Afterwards, one can go to the discount store or supermarket... I have many colleagues who a) shop at the market during their lunch break b) go to the hairdresser and c) visit the gym. The care of the children is important!

Ugly = subjective = my opinion. So no mistake or is it now forbidden here?

Even though our little town Beelitz has changed extremely (positively) in the last 6 years and now thanks to Laga a huge park and a beautiful (careful again subjective) playground has been built, Beelitz is a very small part of Brandenburg.

I can also say with a clear conscience that, for example, Hanover is ugly too. I studied and lived there for a long time. Very cool city for students, still ugly or so that some forum users don’t get upset, not particularly beautiful :-)

The mistake is that freedom of opinion necessarily includes that your opinion may lead to outrage/counter-argument. No one is forbidding you anything.
Freedom of opinion also includes dealing with it responsibly. This was called old-fashioned "politeness" – not saying everything you are allowed to say.

If you go into a room where there are also overweight people and say, "For my eyes, fat people are an imposition," and then when the displeasure arises, you explicitly wonder: "I don't understand the outrage at all. It's just my opinion!?"

According to your statement, one is no longer allowed to criticize anything. I may not say that I find car brand xy ugly, because otherwise I would offend the car owners. I may not say that I find the vaccination mandate good or urgently necessary, then I would offend the unvaccinated.

We can gladly discuss the choice of words. I should have chosen a less drastic word there. But not so much about the criticism itself..
