I have an offer from a shell constructor from the day before yesterday: 275 TEUR gross for 1,191 cbm of enclosed space. Excluding excavation and the like, of course.

How many square meters would that be? Sounds like three times our house or do I just have a knot in my head?

I'm curious to see what will happen to property prices and rents when building becomes more and more expensive.

I’m curious what will happen to property prices and rents when building keeps getting more and more expensive.

I read a few weeks ago that rents in Munich and similar places no longer increase due to lack of demand. New construction for rental purposes is no longer profitable because construction costs are too high.

This is our plan, which we have since discarded. 190 sqm plus basement plus double garage; hillside property. The initial offer from another builder was 250,000 EUR gross in June.
