Because it fits the topic and in case anyone is interested: Yesterday, on the second invoice from the earthworks and civil engineering company, I read the following item for the first time:

"Additional charge for increased energy costs
2.70 hrs energy costs due to the increased costs of diesel fuel per 1,000.00 euro billing amount.
Unit price 25.00 euros"

For us, that amounts to "only" 67.50 euros, but I think it’s new. I don’t know if there is anything about this in the [AGB], because I accept the costs anyway and also understand them.

Even the fair GUs, who previously had no price commitments, let alone price adjustment clauses, have unfortunately made a lot of losses over the past 12 months.

Today, out of interest, I made an inquiry with the same values as back then. The rate would already be at €1800+ with the new interest rate from March (almost 0.8-1% interest increase). Only a few weeks difference. I was also lucky; with that rate, we wouldn't have gone through with it.
