Telekom also lays in your empty conduit if you give them a few euros, even more than the 15m

800€ is the standard rate regardless of whether there is a lot or little work

Earth rocket... but no idea if you could lay power with it... although it definitely works in public spaces, with us they had to go under the street, that was done by rocket

The external house connection at Telekom is free! Telekom has an obligation to connect.
The house connection is usually done by subcontractors, and if you plan it a bit, you can also get the internal house connection for free.
It depends on where you choose the house connection.
It worked for me. Telekom laid a loop of cable up to the APL outside. I drilled through the wall and relocated the APL connection box inside. Cables are just clipped in. It has worked great for 15 years.
In times like these, you just have to see where you stand.

Yes, you can lay electricity with these directional boring machines. It was done for us since we had a finished garden. You only have to dig up where you need to go around corners. They even put one of our cables inside a section of it.

And what does something like that cost? Theoretically, it should be cheaper because excavation work is quite labor-intensive (excavating, sand bedding, backfilling, compacting).

There is indeed a right in Germany to a minimum level of telecommunications services (10 Mbit, telephone, etc.), but the connection is not free! If you are ever interested in facts, just Google Telekom builder service and check out the prices.

They told us it is more expensive. It is very labor-intensive. The rocket moves forward millimeter by millimeter. It has to go through compacted soil. And the problem is larger stones, roots, etc.; if it can't get past them, it has to go back and start over. That's why it's only done if absolutely necessary. Since the connection has a fixed price, we didn't care. And since we previously had a functioning connection that was relocated at the supplier's request, I was able to negotiate a bit.
