Ah principle “too big to fail” for over 20 years. Fingers crossed. Why do they found Senec instead of labeling with EnBW ;-)

Google “Caterva,” I think that company belonged to Siemens.

Everything on the topic was said here: https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/erfahrungen-caterva-sonne.24780/

Especially because he now chooses his usernames and appearance in such a way that the impression is given that he is a professional ( , ... house construction). He also seems to orient himself (for quite a while) on already active usernames. As an advocate and fan of a certain internet+culture, I can quite appreciate well-crafted trolling, but here there also appears to be a not insignificant political agenda in the background.

New regulations by the Habeck Ministry starting tomorrow(!). The following points are to change:

[*]Basically, KfW no longer offers cash, but only loans with repayment subsidies. On the other hand, BAFA provides all direct subsidies for individual measures. The Ministry of Economic Affairs considers this a simplification for applicants.
[*]KfW promotional loans currently cost around 2.3 percent effective interest. These interest rates are to be reduced in the future with federal funds.
[*]For a comprehensive renovation to a KfW efficiency house standard in the existing building stock, there are no longer any direct subsidies. Under the corresponding program number 461, KfW paid up to 75,000 euros per housing unit. It is now discontinued.

[*]A renovation to Efficiency House (EH) 100 is no longer subsidized. For other categories, the repayment subsidies are massively cut back to five percent for an EH 85 (currently 30 percent subsidy) and 25 percent for an EH 40 EE (currently 50 percent subsidy). For new construction of an EH 40 with a sustainability certificate, there will be five percent instead of the current 12.5 percent.
[*]For the BAFA subsidies, the funding rates are reduced by five to ten percentage points. Example: Previously, up to 30,000 euros funding was available for installing a heat pump, after the reform up to 24,000 euros. For window replacement, one could previously receive up to 15,000 euros, after the reform 12,000 euros.

[*]For the replacement of old gas heating systems, there will be a heating replacement bonus in the future.
[*]Hybrid heating systems consisting of heat pumps and gas condensing elements will no longer be subsidized. Money will only be given in the future for 100-percent heat pumps.
[*]New construction promotion is largely to be switched to low-interest loans. Fundamentally new rules are planned for 2023.
[*]The new funding conditions at KfW apply as of Thursday

If the current gas prices are not enough incentive to renovate, then I don't know either. A house with a heating consumption of 20,000 kWh/a can calculate a gas bill of 4-5,000 EUR...

A positive surprise during the house construction. The garden landscaper informed me that he got our desired terrace stones at a 25% discount. Thus, the bill for a 45sqm terrace drops from €6,500 to about €5,500 net (including installation, base construction, delivery :-) At least a thousand saved, which I can immediately spend on other bills...
