At least our oil heating doesn’t run completely without electricity either. If the power goes out, a full tank won’t help you, unless you have your own power source/battery.

I see it that way too. We canceled the controlled residential ventilation simply because we did not receive KfW55 funding and the cost is already enormous.

I would indeed like controlled residential ventilation with heat recovery, but given the current situation, I am just glad if prices do not explode.

Of course, there is certainly some exaggeration. On the other hand, the costs are also often poorly calculated. And that is simply energy that is uselessly blown into the environment. Regarding the price... if a ventilation system with heat recovery is included as standard even at Town & Country, I only accept the argument to a limited extent. It doesn't always have to be the luxury variant of a central controlled residential ventilation with an enthalpy exchanger. I can't quite follow your calculation right now. Over what period are you calculating (per day?) and is the 10 degrees the temperature difference? I can guarantee you that even in mild Konstanz the temperature difference inside-outside over winter is well above 15 degrees. Where we are moving to, average temperatures in December-February are below zero degrees, so more than 20 degrees difference. And then we arrive at completely different values.

The delta T must be the one that you get in the room air by ventilation.

That means: If you achieve 10 degrees less with one quick ventilation, it costs 1.5 kWh of heat, provided the room volume is 500 cubic meters.
