keep cool. :cool: In hindsight, it's easy to say. It doesn't matter at all what is written here. Whether your strategy was the right one for YOU, you will know in about 7-9 years.

He had probably paid for 400 kilos. I find €20 already expensive, that would be €50/tonne.
I once inquired at the gravel plant in autumn about fill soil. One also sent the price for topsoil back then. At the time €16.40 plus haulage costs (€1.50/2.50) plus CO2 tax plus VAT. Meanwhile, that is surely around €20 net now.

I do know, however, that for us they remain at 1.1% even after 17 years. That is worth quite a lot to me ;-)

Yes, but if the offer had been 2%, you probably would have thought/decided differently at that time...
