Aren't interest rates for end customers rising again? Has anyone taken out a "normal" construction loan in the last four weeks and would like to share the numbers?

Minimal up and down. The yield on government bonds a bit higher than recently, but as long as the ECB doesn't move, money remains cheap!

Within the last four to six weeks, interest rates have risen on average by 0.3 percentage points.

That’s quite significant.

Yeah, fifty bucks more per month might be significant for some, but it probably doesn't have much impact on construction costs. ;-)

Now it's my turn to laugh :-D Here, 30 pages in a row are being babbled about the influence of climate changes. But rising interest rates, which can easily represent a total cost of 20k, are being shrugged off ;-)

Alright, let's say 0.2 and maybe 8 weeks. But the current trend is clear
