95% of the time this will happen, and that would even be a good thing, at the latest in 2024.
Photovoltaics are one of the few things in house construction that actually pay off within 10 years.
The carport for the convertible, for example, will never pay off.
Possibly at the old price. If it becomes mandatory
The photovoltaic mandate—if it ever comes—will be just like all the other mandates. French balconies and whatever else there is.
Either you do it or you don’t. As long as I pay for the whole circus, I also decide what must be done and what not.
And the idea that photovoltaics pay off at the current prices is more wishful thinking. You should rather invest the money in really good insulation because that definitely pays off. I have already seen quite a few new buildings without external insulation but with photovoltaics on the roof. I cannot understand that.
The best current example is the corona vaccination mandate for nursing staff. What use is a law or regulation if it is not enforced... I don’t even want to know how much money went into drafting it etc...
