What is so huge with you guys? We have a multiplier of 365% and are under 300€

Haha. We now have 810%. But so far the standard values are super low. If the BRW are really used, I will end up paying 10 times as much in the future if the multiplier is not adjusted. hmm, what will eternally cash-strapped Berlin with a green government participation probably do... Well, it's my own fault anyway.

We currently have a multiplier of 365%. I hardly assume that they will increase the multiplier significantly, as Fichtenwalde consists of 95% single-family houses. With the use of the new BWR, we end up at about €550 p.a.

I just used the calculator as well and I am shocked. Apparently, I would be paying 800-900€ annually. I find that a bit exaggerated. Why does the year the house was built make such a big difference? Year built 1970 with the same conditions 500€. I don’t really think that’s fair….

I assume that, just like with the BWR, the theoretical value of the house applies for the property tax assessment. The newer, the more proceeds you can theoretically achieve. However, you would then of course also have to take other conditions into account, like swimming pool, basement, how high the standard of the house is, etc.

Well, but still year of construction 2022 and 145sqm without basement pay 300-400€ more than 1970 with 180sqm with basement and 500m2 more land…..
