Depends on your contract…

An exposé is only a planning representation of how a project _could_ look and is therefore not a contractual basis.

The burger that you finally get in the box at McD or BK also does not look like the carefully styled burger in the photo on the menu...

What is relevant is what the construction drawing or the construction performance description says. In the exposé, there would also have been a finished front yard shown, which is certainly not included either.

There have already been lawsuits targeting missing trees that were depicted in the exposé - the plaintiffs were right in those cases ;)

In the construction drawing aka plans, the downpipes are shown exactly in the middle or not at all. In the construction description, which primarily applies together with the plans, only downpipes on titanium zinc sheet are mentioned, so what now? Would you complain? I think it looks much better visually if they are centered
