It's really a shame/sad that when someone gives you a proper answer, you react like this just because it doesn't suit you. Either it was too warm for you over the weekend and you still need to "recover," or you are just like this. In the latter case, it would be a pity, but I would accept it because I would never presume to call you ignorant, a troll, or anything else just because you don't share my opinion.

Is D (Germany) not possible on highways because there is always something (construction site, traffic jam,)? I assert that this constant re-acceleration from 80 to 120-130 consumes more than driving constantly at e.g. 170.

Now back to the core... is there anything new about the construction costs ;)

That wasn't even the full answer. The actual answer is found in the general freedom of action according to Art. 2 GG. This may be restricted by law if it can be justified. And this must be done according to the principle of proportionality. Arguing from one's own opinion is comfortable. The art lies in adopting an objective viewpoint, or at least trying to. It has been proven, for example, that fine dust levels did not decrease despite the collapse of individual traffic during Corona. Therefore, I consider driving bans in various cities to be unfounded. At least for that reason... Regarding the actual topic. This week, OSB 3 boards are on offer at a hardware store for just over €8. They used to be over €13. Let's see how it develops further. Have these local models with annual salary and equity ever been legally reviewed? It's already crazy that you have to expose yourself like that. Besides, you can also trick a lot there.

So the debate about the speed limit is purely ideological. The current data analysis in NRW showed an "increase" in average speed from 99 km/h to a whole 101 (!) km/h.
@all you restriction fetishists: how much closer are you to absolute happiness?
The debate will probably only end after the highways have been dismantled, right?

The average speed is not the determining factor for making a thorough assessment. It is the constant travel speed that saves safety and energy expenditure. In the Netherlands, only 100 km/h has been driven on the highway for more than 2 years. The population is not so enthusiastic, but the effects are quite positive. Especially outside the metropolitan areas.

I hope you don't want to compare civil servants and employees with that now? That the same jobs in the public sector are paid differently is more than strange. See, for example, teachers. Both have the same work. However, one employee receives more money and one month earlier. In addition, she can expect a better pension. The funny thing was also that a female teacher was rejected as a civil servant because she was too fat... Germany fights for equal treatment and equality for everyone, but she was too fat for civil servant status as a teacher. As a teacher in employee status, she was good enough... One does not have to understand that...
