Drying or screed heating using electricity or if a construction trailer is heated with fan heaters over the winter is bad (prohibit!). Otherwise, you will spend 300-400€ for the entire construction phase.
Wow, so economical.
In the end, we had over 8000 kWh. But it was also two houses with screed heating and delayed heat pump delivery as well as straw house connection. That means for the first house the heat pump also ran for about two weeks on construction power.
However, I believe we could have simply made a different electricity contract. The kWh price was quite good back then. At most, I could have taken advantage of switching bonuses.
It's not always just the pure consumption that matters. Here, you were placed in the "Strom Profi" tariff by Enso, which had a basic fee of around €200/year. So that's another aspect. And already mentioned it, switching bonuses is the keyword. Every month a different provider and you can already refinance your electricity costs ;) I speak from experience.
