However, it is about the zvE. That can be 10-20k more gross. But at the end of the day, it doesn't make much difference.

Well, there are jobs that don't bring money into the cash register even 24/7. Also, not everyone built in the past.

But you hide the 10,000-euro higher limit per additional child.
With several children and a single earner, a real option for many families.
I would have gladly taken such a subsidy :)

Just complaining again, right?

Show me the family building with €60,000 gross, at today's prices and interest rates.
Then I'll stop complaining :)

Sure, with land or inheritance ... but whether it should be the goal to support this group of people ... I don't know.
With €60k, how much net remains? €3,600 per month? According to the rule, one-third stays for the annuity, about €1,190 per month. How much new construction is there for that at 3% - 4% interest?

Here she is again. The discussion that everyone must have the right to own property... I support the idea that in times of crisis, the socially disadvantaged must be relieved and supported at the expense of the better earners. However, my understanding ends when it comes to financing a home. I also cannot comprehend the constant refrain of too little living space in the metropolitan areas. As if everyone had to live in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, etc.
