We heat with a ground-source heat pump. I emphasize the heating period because that is the time of year when such a household has significantly higher electricity demand around the clock. So actually peak season for a storage system.

Here July 22 – a fairly productive month. Unfortunately, July 21 is not in the log; last year was worse.
You can clearly see a significant surplus. But: Note the consumption in red. That is the maximum potential that a storage system could have covered.

What roof pitch do you have? Probably around +/- 35°?

Hi, thanks for sharing.
Does that mean out of the 737 kWh electricity demand, you purchased 689 kWh despite the photovoltaic system?
That would mean 93% purchased. That’s quite a figure, I would have expected at least 60-70% from the gut.

LOL

Comparison of 10 kW system, WSW orientation
Yield 01/2022: 170 kWh
Consumption 01/2022: 1,450 kWh (incl. hybrid charging), of which 100 kWh was self-consumed

=> Ratio 58% of produced electricity (only 7% of total consumption was self-produced), but only thanks to the e-car. There are either days when you produce (almost) nothing or days when the sun shines strongly and you can’t consume the electricity through heating/house.

When I look at the diagrams from you and guckuck2 for January 22 (despite different photovoltaic sizes and orientations), I notice that the daily yield on most days is <<5 kWh.
I estimate the daily demand with heat pump, but without e-car in January at 25 kWh.
=> would mean that with these numbers, bidirectional charging via e-car would also bring almost nothing, because with these photovoltaic system sizes you can never charge three days in advance.

I have not broken it down, but only recorded the total consumption including hybrid. Note: My house was not yet insulated from the outside, heat pump supply temperature still max. 30 degrees):
