I also need an hour in the city for the 20 km to work. Regardless of the means of transportation.

I need about 1.5 hours for 150 km :-). That means I am actually quite time-efficient on the road ;-)!

With home office, however, many things become relative. For me, it is quality of life to be able to leave the house in the morning and also maintain social contacts at work.

That's how I've been doing it for 5 years. Once a week I go 180km to Munich to the company. Cool thing :)

Where else are there such highways with a real (!) average speed over 100 km/h during rush hour? Pure envy here from NRW :D

In my old office that wasn't really the problem: living in the city, working in the countryside. So always traffic jam on the opposite lane :p OK, the first 1500 m to the on-ramp with 3 traffic lights was a torture, sometimes I took longer for that than for the following 42 km...
