So our offer is about 5% higher than it was 6 months ago. Of course, that’s a lot of money but far from the dizzying 15% or 20%. So calm down a bit and make the best of it.

However, 5% on turnkey 500,000 is also 25,000. That would have already been more than our 20k buffer. I’m glad that the end is in sight for us and we have almost everything procured....
