Yesterday dropped in: from 34 to 38 cents/kWh. I had feared more or even a cancellation, as I currently actually wouldn’t be in their supply area anymore. New contracts via comparison portals exclusively >50 cents/kWh, trend towards 70 cents, increasingly more providers (municipal utilities) even >€1.

My heart almost stopped halfway yesterday when I received an email from the [Stadtwerke] saying that our electricity price would be adjusted from January. I already saw myself writing a protest (we still have price protection until the end of 2023), and then I saw in the online portal that it was merely the [Offshoreumlage] and an increase of 0.15 ct/kWh. Lucky me.

no. I also made a mistake: not increased by 50% but almost doubled. Energy transition as ordered, delivered accordingly...

They are working intensively to shut down the heat pump :)

Heat pump electricity over 30/35 cents simply makes it not economical...

How can that be, when the heat pump is 4-5 times more efficient than a gas heater? ;)
