In our building from the year 2021 and KfW 55 it looks like this ...

I in Perth have the same amount of kWs on the roof, orientation south (for us north) and east and fed in last year

fed in 2022: 8628 kWh
consumed 2022: approx. 2000 kWh
bought 2022: 2954 kWh mainly for heating (ducted aircon). Water is heated with gas. There is no heat pump.

You get more for the sale, consume less than we do despite our sunny location. What do the 1300 kWh cost you?

Still bought: 1155 kWh

Received 529.47 for the fed-in electricity.

Yes, I have an air-to-water heat pump, but it has its own meter and is completely separate from the mentioned values; I was only referring to household electricity. Photovoltaic electricity cannot be used for the heat pump with my current setup. The high self-consumption is because we have a storage system, in case that’s the background to your question. We bought the house that way. If I had planned it myself, I probably would have done it without storage but used photovoltaic electricity for the heat pump. To be honest, I hesitated briefly when I typed in the numbers. I also had something like 12,x cents in mind for the feed-in tariff. The €529 compensation is from the invoice from Bayernwerk that I received last week. The kWh are not mentioned in the invoice; that’s from my records, I simply record the meter readings regularly.
