Construction costs are currently skyrocketing

6x7.5m carport has been standing with us since last week. But that was quite a search... Next week the greenery will be added. I will build the storage room (walls with rhombus profiles) myself in spring.

The construction costs are getting better again... our general contractor did not complain for the first time at the last meeting and announced a price increase with a straight face... :D

Can someone say or has calculated how much material costs actually add up to for a normal single-family house. If one were to buy everything normally from a building materials dealer with a negotiated discount and possibly take advantage of one or the other bargain offer.

Roughly, I would assume about 80,000 euros.
