Depending on the size, that is then 20-25%, which is absolutely not surprising when looking at the individual construction cost indices.

I couldn't even have dreamed of belonging to the upper class so quickly and "just" through building a house. Uh, wait, that's debt and not credit. ;-)

But as the older gentleman in Mallorca by the sangria cooler said when asked whether the sangria was from PET or Tetra-Pack: "Doesn't matter anyway"

Currently also a topic at SWR:
Over 300 people applied for 104 building plots. According to the allocation guidelines, the Goisser family was allowed to choose a building plot as the ninth. [...]
The Goisser family is not an isolated case. One in five building plots in the Marienhöhe development area is still available, according to the city administration of Buchen.

First of all, the ratio of debt to value has improved. Whether that remains the case in the medium term, we will see....

For acquaintances, the offers were sometimes 70% above the architect’s estimate. That’s quite a shock when you’ve already planned your loan. They then spent ages searching for affordable offers.

I just heard that Viessmann has recently raised prices on items not yet delivered. Whether it’s just heat pumps or other things too, I can't say. They apparently pass on a supplier increase they themselves have received.

For me as a layman, it is already ironically funny... when you order something and it gets cheaper until delivery, try to get the "discount," always long discussions

But if it gets more expensive, as it apparently does here, you can insist on your contract as much as you want, you will not be supplied...
