I don't think so. Here with us; near Potsdam; nursing professionals earn comfortably between €42,000 - €60,000 gross per year. Depends on work experience.

Both. In certain areas, employers simply have to pay more, otherwise they won’t find staff. And window dressing can hardly be outsourced abroad, just like waiters, hairdressers, etc.
You don’t only have bubbles with income, look at how many friends have a comparable school leaving certificate.

Recently paid 2000€ for 40m 8/6/8 x 1.43m x 2.50m plus delivery 160€.
There were even some extra posts (with 16 panels 24 posts were included).
Installation was, of course, extra, but our garden landscapers were quite inexpensive ;)
