Both. In certain areas, employers simply have to pay more, otherwise they won’t find staff. And window dressing can hardly be outsourced abroad, just like waiters, hairdressers, etc.
You don’t only have bubbles with income, look at how many friends have a comparable school leaving certificate.

I know these numbers, but I just can’t reconcile them with my living environment.
Very good friends of ours both have a secondary school certificate. He trained as a retail salesman and works as a Key Account Manager in Munich, earning €80,000 gross. She is a window dresser in Munich and earns €50,000 gross.
When I enter both into a gross-net calculator, I get €6,300.

There is practically no one in our environment who has a household income under €5,000.
Either you really live in such bubbles or it’s just different in Munich.

Recently paid 2000€ for 40m 8/6/8 x 1.43m x 2.50m plus delivery 160€.
There were even some extra posts (with 16 panels 24 posts were included).
Installation was, of course, extra, but our garden landscapers were quite inexpensive ;)

One only galvanized, the other painted or powder-coated?

And suddenly you have completely different prices per meter.
