Chinese granite has always been "cheap goods." For ecological reasons, it's a no-go anyway. There are so many European granites (just a bit more expensive).

I find granite rather monotonous anyway. Much nicer is Muschelkalk. I would have liked to have gneiss, but it is relatively hard to get. It is definitely worth comparing prices here.

I see it the same way. But it is DIY store material, which many people know and then also order (from the garden and landscape gardener).

There are so many different types of granite. I think you can't really call it monotonous.

And even a granite staircase or kitchen countertop is simply beautiful.
