To get back to the spirit of this thread:

We signed the contract for the kitchen yesterday - since these are additional construction costs, we're not entirely off here ;-)

We signed for just under 25k (we were able to get a 1.4k discount) at a large regional kitchen studio. The most important thing was that the price remains absolutely fixed and no cost increases will come our way. After all, the kitchen will only be installed in about 16 months.

We visited three providers and always had pretty much the same kitchen configured, because we knew exactly what we wanted. The first offer was at 22k but no price fixation, the second at 26k with price fixation, the third at 31k and also fixed price.

Our budget was 18k, then increased to 22k after the first two plans and of course ended up spending almost 25k. The kitchen has no special frills, is somewhat larger and the countertop is a ceramic slab (this was also the price driver here).

If it helps ;-)

A kitchen without tips from the immediate circle/acquaintances is almost like playing the lottery. We ended up in a similar price range. Our kitchen is also relatively large. I was positively surprised that a natural stone countertop was within the budget. Otherwise, the topic leaves me pretty indifferent, but this one really caught my attention and I am really looking forward to it. :)

No, it is furnishing.
Incidental construction costs are expenses required for and incurred during the house construction. Incidental construction costs are definitely financed, furniture only if the bank chooses to do so.

But the kitchen belongs to cost group 600 (equipment) according to DIN 276, right? For me (I know this is not strictly correct) it therefore belongs to the (construction) incidental costs – regardless, I did not finance it. :-)

Exactly. The photos from the construction planning are fakes as well. Have you noticed that I am a foreigner? German is not my native language. My wife is also a foreigner. I'm slowly getting the feeling that you also read and understand whatever you want...

I agree with . Furniture is not part of the construction ancillary costs. You will very rarely get it co-financed by the bank.
