Construction costs are currently skyrocketing

When we signed, we still had mixed feelings because both the construction and the financing turned out to be significantly more expensive than in 2020. But now, after a few weeks, I’m glad that we have both contracts in the bag.

I wish we were there too. We currently feel like we have to do things "quickly, quickly," which I find absolutely terrible given that this is one of the biggest financial decisions of my life. On the other hand, we don’t even have a draft contract yet, so the rush doesn’t really make any sense. This also doesn’t contribute anything meaningful to the topic, but sometimes you just have to vent your frustration ;) Sigh

What kind of argument is that? And just because plantation owners enjoy it, does that make slash-and-burn in the rainforest okay? Or lawns in the city center? Or free sale of weapons to free citizens?

What’s your problem with lawns in the city center? Any green space is better than concrete. Wink wink

Emotions have no place at all in such a decision. Look at it purely rationally and act accordingly.
