I wish we were there too. We currently feel like we have to do things "quickly, quickly," which I find absolutely terrible given that this is one of the biggest financial decisions of my life. On the other hand, we don’t even have a draft contract yet, so the rush doesn’t really make any sense. This also doesn’t contribute anything meaningful to the topic, but sometimes you just have to vent your frustration ;) Sigh
