When we signed, we still had mixed feelings because both the construction and the financing turned out to be significantly more expensive than in 2020. But now, after a few weeks, I’m glad that we have both contracts in the bag.
What’s your problem with lawns in the city center? Any green space is better than concrete. Wink winkWhat kind of argument is that? And just because plantation owners enjoy it, does that make slash-and-burn in the rainforest okay? Or lawns in the city center? Or free sale of weapons to free citizens?
Emotions have no place at all in such a decision. Look at it purely rationally and act accordingly.I wish we were already there too. We currently feel like we have to do everything "quickly, quickly," which I find absolutely dreadful when it comes to one of the biggest financial decisions of my life. On the other hand, we don't even have a draft contract yet, so the hurry doesn't really help at all. This doesn't contribute anything meaningful to the topic, but sometimes you just have to vent frustration ;) Sigh
