Yes, I see that too. And suddenly there are dozens of plots, big and small – and they stay on the market. They would have been gone immediately last year. And even fully planned investment projects with land & plans are being sold cheaply in packages to willing developers, why is that.. :)

With us, nothing at all... Also, virtually nothing is offered on the portals...

I have also stumbled upon half-finished projects a few times now. I have been regularly checking the portals for a little over a year, and I had not seen anything like that here before. You can already tell, also from the prices, that the current developments are slowly affecting the real estate market. At least partly. Because there are still the overpriced properties, which obviously are still being bought anyway.

More and more houses are appearing with us that were never previously listed on the portals. This probably means that fewer people can afford to buy a house.

However, prices have not fallen; they are just stagnating. I think that purely dilapidated houses will drop significantly in price. New constructions will continue to rise. Ready-to-move-in houses will rather stagnate.

Nothing with us either. Rather further rising prices. Typical Bavaria.

The

That seems to depend a lot on the region, for us there is nothing either. Neither is more coming in, nor are prices falling.
