Depends on your contract. It's true that taxes, grid fees, etc. are added on top.

Net:

Gross (with charges, etc.)

The few customers of Tibber and Awattar experience it differently, yes. But it has nothing to do with the supply through the local municipal utilities, and that was what it was about.

Well-known roof tile manufacturer (name begins with "Er" and ends with "lus") announced a 17% increase as of 01.01.2023. However, the company still does not accept orders and cannot provide delivery dates. I have been very satisfied with this company's products so far but will definitely no longer install products from this company.

That's a totally stupid measure. Why go through the trouble of announcing a price increase if you aren't taking any new orders anyway. It's just meant to confuse existing clients. You might as well announce a 1000% price increase but still accept orders. You're right, I wouldn't buy anything from them anymore either.

A little over 2 weeks ago, I was informed that the oven could only be delivered in 2023. But exactly when, unclear..

Only by the fortunate coincidence that another customer had canceled their oven in the meantime, but the employee in the kitchen studio had not passed this on, did I receive an oven today.

Since the device would have been even more expensive than mine, they offered me the device with an additional payment, which I was then able to have waived after a brief explanation of our previous frustrations (at least a good 500€).

Today the device was installed and the installer told me that the problems with delivery exist with high-quality combination appliances. Normal ovens are not such a problem..

If I had known that beforehand, I would have taken a normal oven. We only switched to a steam oven because there was no extra charge in combination with the other devices..

So guys, normal ovens yes - combination devices no :D :D :D
