Super! And that is exactly what I meant a few dozen pages ago when I wrote that it is possible if you manage your business well. And that those who take every opportunity to squeeze even more money out of the customer are either vultures or simply manage their business poorly. I hope you still have many acquaintances who want to build so that you can spread the word by word of mouth.

You can always save money. Even in high-priced times. This great brand kitchen can be auctioned for very little money, around 3000 euros. You just have to pick it up yourself. If I didn't have a kitchen, I would buy it.

Of course, it has to fit somehow, but anyone building new can install something like this. Including all appliances.

What do you think about the following offer for an air-to-water heat pump for an old building renovation, heating load calculation says 11 kW required:

Nibe air-to-water heat pump package 2202 S2120-16

Nibe charging circuit pump CPD 11-25/75
Nibe heat meter EMK 500
Nibe buffer tank UKV 100, wall-mounted tank, content: 100 liters, 1010x450 mm
Nibe electric heating cassette ELK 15, heating capacity 15 kW
Nibe condensate pipe KVR 11-10, with heating cable 1 m, power 15 W
NIBE heating circuit group without mixer DN 25 HKG25C
Nibe connection set for F2120 EG

Nibe domestic hot water tank DD-WH 30301F, storage volume: 295 liters

Gross: 32,000

The heat pump was calculated as 20,000 in the architect’s cost estimate.

Doesn't sound unusually expensive in itself, do you really need 11 kW? With subsidies, it then also goes towards 20,000

€32,000 just for the heat pump with installation, no underfloor heating included? Uff, is that considered normal?

I think that is partly also because it is a Nibe device... They have always cost more than other manufacturers, but they are also technically top machines...
