The bricks are not filled.
- Exterior walls with 17.5 cm bricks, ETICS and plaster facade would be -10,100 EUR - each additional built-over square meter on the floor slab +1,550 EUR (but it can also go the other way just as well)
We have now also received our first offer for a townhouse:
- Townhouse with external dimensions 10.5m x 11.0m on a slab foundation including earthworks according to KfW 55EE standard
- Exterior walls made of 36.5cm brick, interior masonry 17.5cm, plastered
- Air-to-water heat pump from Tecalor (Stiebel Eltron?)
- Massive concrete staircase with storage room under the stairs, concrete ceiling with insulation and floating screed on the upper floor
- Including tiling work in the bathrooms and sanitary fittings
- Remaining floor and painting work done by ourselves
- Small extras from us that deviate from their standard: Raffstores + 3m glass sliding door instead of hinged door in the living/dining area (although I can’t say how much that costs)
- Without garage - 378,000 EUR

have you also requested a pumice/clay gravel general contractor for comparison, with solid exterior walls, the price difference from Aug/Sept. would be worth considering
Unfortunately, I do not know of any general contractor (Soest / Paderborn area) who builds with that.
