But it's not standard, right? Mine will only have an enthalpy heat exchanger.

The kitchen is the first thing to clarify exactly because of the connections … and where is the electrician supposed to put the sockets, possibly spots in the concrete ceiling? Are you doing recirculation, because if not, the outlet must go somewhere.. so hurry up and start planning the kitchen …. For us, a window was even changed because of the kitchen

The dear can really make a fuss with the developer. The tone in other threads was accordingly ;)

Furniture doesn't seem to be the problem necessarily, more the electrical appliances.

Enthalpy heat exchanger? An enthalpy exchanger is designed to retain or recover a large part of the indoor humidity. The usually installed cross heat exchanger warms the incoming cold outside air on its way in with energy that the outgoing air has previously released. I didn’t know the term could be combined since in controlled residential ventilation there are two different modules. But yes, it’s not standard to cool with controlled residential ventilation. The earth-air heat exchanger is a great thing; we omitted it due to lack of space, time, and cost reasons. But basically I think the principle is great because it works passively without additional energy input.

No, of course it is not standard.

Yes, it is combinable. And it was recommended to me. And after I read into it a bit, I endorsed it.
