Our developer seems to be slowly getting moving (there are interested parties but no contract so far). He hasn't changed the price yet (and the contract draft includes a price guarantee without any time limit or the like), but he also said that the calculation for the upcoming construction phases looks different (strongly implied, more expensive). A bit annoying, we probably completely missed the interim interest rate recovery and are now asking again close to the yearly high *sigh*
