Does it make sense to do Q3 first and then apply smooth fleece? Q2, filling, and painter’s fleece should be much cheaper and have a similar or the same result???

Ditto. We were also very skeptical about painter’s fleece. Such a thing is unknown in our country of origin (Poland). There, they usually work with smooth or fine plaster, so the walls can be painted afterwards. That was originally what we wanted as well. Unfortunately, the acquaintance had no available appointments. But when we were painting and saw the result (Q2 + painter’s fleece), we were convinced.
