We actually now have the first partial offer for our ground floor renovation. About €100/m2 for laying and connecting the underfloor heating. Only the installation of the thermostats is not included. And for the solar thermal system €10,200 for everything. Domestic hot water + heating. I think these are normal, acceptable prices. And the structural engineer charges €62/h, which is also normal according to my research.

04.22.-.06. 2025 27 months and 6.5% wage increase ... That means inflation of 2022 8% plus inflation of 2023 6-9% plus inflation of June 2025 = not good but better than nothing The one-time payments only compensate for the respective year and the base salary therefore rises too slowly.

This is now off-topic anyway:

That perhaps depends on which car manufacturer you compare it with. I can only say that the Stuttgart car manufacturers easily keep up...
I am not sure about chemistry now, but in my opinion, I would say that chemistry on average pays worse than metal, and the pinnacle of metal are the car manufacturers.

I don’t get my apprenticeship paid there though (chemical technician)

Classified in E4

3050€ basic salary gross
+ 305€ (10% shift allowance)

20% for rework
Holiday pay 30€ per day (30-33 days)
100% Christmas bonus
Performance bonus approx. 700-1200€

About 42-45k gross per year

It’s good, but inflation is already eating away quite a bit of the value until 2025

I don't know what you want to tell me right now? Maybe I didn't understand, my statement only referred to the one from , that chemistry would pay better than automotive. I doubt that.

I think that's a lot. In case of doubt, you've basically already paid for half a photovoltaic system. I'll just say this once (ultimately it's your decision), but I don't see any point in solar thermal here. I would leave it out and rather try to install a photovoltaic system in a few years. Even without a heat pump, it should pay off faster through self-consumption than the solar thermal system.
