It's right that you put "richer" in quotation marks. There is little that annoys me, but the claim that we are a "rich" country annoys me. Lower home ownership rate, lower pension level, but at the same time among the highest lifetime working hours. The highest household electricity prices in Europe.
Price level index is fairly okay. The EU is indicated with a value of 100%, we are at 108.2%.

So "poor" really looks different. The treasury is continuously well filled.

Are there uniform regulations on sexual assaults? In Germany, I get the feeling that just being looked at is already enough. Do women in southern countries dare to report it if it happens within the family?

Public contracts quickly dry up when the economy dives. That's where the municipalities' revenues come from.. And do you think that the big real estate corporations are currently booming? Or continuing to invest at bubble prices?

You are probably right about that, I just meant that the prosperity and welfare of the construction industry surely does not depend on a few more or fewer single-family houses.
