What does that have to do with a terraced house?! Neither water, chimney sweep, maintenance, garbage, property tax nor insurances depend on the existence of a third or even fourth outer wall!

220 euros per month is not much, the three of us alone already pay about 110 euros for water... and just wait until inflation and rising energy prices also affect these items.

We pay 71€ for six people with 2 loads of washing machine and dishwasher daily...

We pay around 6 euros per m3, including wastewater. The garden may be small, but the last summers had long heat periods.

But hopefully you don't pay for sewage in the garden.
