Yep, it is undeveloped land.

As far as I know, starting in 2025 the value will be reassessed every seven years. No idea if there are also event-driven valuations – I guess there are.

I would assume that you have to do it again. We were allowed to do this at the beginning of this year because we had newly built last year. The tax office knew about our new building without our involvement. We received a new property tax assessment notice in March dated 01.01.22. But don’t think that they use this for the reform. They are not allowed to for data protection reasons. So I have to fill it out again now.

The revaluation usually takes place within 1-2 years after construction. Fill everything out again...

You're moving in before the end of October anyway, you can wait until you are finished.

That depends on when the geothermal heat pump arrives. I'm actually hoping for September :cool: The deadline is until the end of October?
