I am also stuck on the property tax right now. According to the instructions, a plot of land with a construction project that is not yet "ready for occupancy" is to be classified as "undeveloped land." This, of course, changes promptly over time. Can anyone say whether this is an advantage/disadvantage? Do I have to fill out that stuff again when the house is finished?
Yep, it is undeveloped land.
As far as I know, starting in 2025 the value will be reassessed every seven years. No idea if there are also event-driven valuations – I guess there are.
