If you calculated 2,300 euros per m2 in the single-family house sector here 3 years ago, you are now certainly at 2,800 to 3,000 per m2. (Jedes Jahr 10% Steigerung).

I think it will reduce again to 5% annual increase. No one probably expects significant declines...

In order to keep housing affordable, the state must intervene. Likewise, wages must increase massively, at least 3 to 5 percent annually.

But I do not see that at all at the moment.

How should the state intervene here? Just because it supposedly subsidizes housing, they wouldn't be any cheaper, someone else just pays (along) for it.

And the state can't raise wages twice over except for its own people - by voluntarily exceeding the union demands ;) Otherwise, collective bargaining autonomy applies.

I can't follow your thoughts at all. But I don't think you could have known that they are mainly apartments for assisted living or for mentally disabled people. Nevertheless, completely normal apartments. The builder is a church institution that also operates the workshops for these people.
